Elderly woman missing from Huntington was in Marion, Va.

MARION, Va. — An elderly Huntington woman who has been missing since Friday when she was driving to Ashland, Ky., used a credit card in Marion, Va., Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m., according to Virginia State Police dispatcher at Division Four headquarters in Wytheville, Va.

The Huntington Police Department issued a “Silver Alert” for Joan Gardner, 84, a white female, 5 foot, 5 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair was driving a gold 1998 Nissan Altima four-door with West Virginia license plate # OK1612.
