Tazewell authorities seek woman who gave false ID

TAZEWELL, Va. — Deputies are seeking a woman who allegedly gave a false name after being arrested on a charge of DUI.

Samantha Price, 27, no address available, is wanted for providing law enforcement with false information after her arrest for driving under the influence, according to a release from the Tazewell County Sheriff’s Office. Price is a white female who is 5 feet, 1 inch tall, weighs 98 pounds, and has blond hair and brown eyes.

The following warrants have been obtained: a felony charge of perjury; misdemeanor charges of use of ID to attempt avoid arrest, and false ID to law enforcement; a felony charge of forge public documents; and misdemeanor no operators license.

Price allegedly used the name of a deceased friend when initially arrested, according to the release. She has been working as an exotic dancer in Mercer County recently, but may have left the area after her arrest last week.
