PRINCETON - Area residents hoping to attend the July 1 meeting of the West Virginia Parkways, Economic Development and Tourism Authority will have to travel to the Charleston Civic Center.
Board members are expected to vote on a proposed turnpike toll hike at the July 1 meeting. It begins at 9:30 a.m. While authority members were hoping to hold the meeting at Tamarack, a wedding was already booked for July 1 at the Raleigh County-based arts center, Turnpike Manager Greg Barr said.
