PRINCETON — A flash flood watch declared by the National Weather Service in Blacksburg, Va., continues today for Bland, Giles, Tazewell and Wythe counties in Virginia. Mercer and Monroe counties in southern West Virginia are included. The watch remains in effect until 6 p.m. today.
