WELCH — Two fugitives on the run from the state of Oklahoma have been nabbed in Bradshaw by the McDowell County Sheriff’s Department.
A man wanted since 2005 and a female wanted since 2006 were located in the Bradshaw area late Monday night, sheriff’s department Chief Deputy Mark Shelton said.
Shelton said the male subject attempted to flee from deputies with the sheriff’s department and troopers with the West Virginia State Police Welch Detachment, prompting officials to have to use a taser gun.
