Bluefield Daily Telegraph
Good news Bluefield! After a long period of negativity about our hospital, I feel that they are at a turning point.
I have atrial fibrillation and had to go to the emergency room on Oct. 17. I was seen immediately and even though I was there for six hours, I was monitored and being cared for constantly. I was admitted and taken to the ICU unit. From the time I was transferred to a bed (and every bed was taken), I was given care that no one could complain of.
The morale of the nurses, orderlies and even doctors made me feel that they loved their job.
I had a heart catheterization, and I would tell anyone that Dr. Mohammad Javed has to be one of the best even in Charleston or Roanoke.
Kudos to nurse Mary Pruett and Barbara Carter and the entire crew in ICU. Way to go.
