Citizens don’t need assault weapons

Bluefield Daily Telegraph

— Why would a private citizen want an assault weapon? The assault weapon belongs in the hands of armed forces and police, not in the hands of private citizens.

Twenty precious children and six adults killed would be alive today if the mother (of the shooter) had not bought the assault weapon.

People, all that is necessary for protection is a hand gun, a shotgun or rifle for hunting. Again, I ask, why would you want an assault weapon?

I say vote to ban them.

I have one more comment. Our president cares about the American people. That’s more than I can say for the Republican Congress.
