Thoughts on rate hike, mobile clinic

Ever since WV American Water was sold to a German company, it has asked for one rate increase after another, and the PSC usually gives it to them. My thoughts are abolish the PSC as such and make it elected positions so the folks can see who is raping the citizens of the city.

Who are the PSC members? If you could associate a name and face to the positions, then there would mostly like be some changes made.

And my thoughts on the mobile clinic — it is just something for the politicians to say, “look what we did,” as Rockefeller just did. The mobile clinic isn’t cheap.

PCH offered space for a clinic and the Shott Foundation offered to equip it. So what is wrong with the VA on that.

And McDowell County is still getting the short end of the stick. Mobile means able to move — so after awhile it will most likely mobile right out of the county. Just my humble opinion.

An afterthought, they did acknowledge the efforts of “cousin” Al Hancock.
