Bluefield Daily Telegraph
This past April 1 the joke was on me. My birthday plans to South Carolina were interrupted by more urgent matters — kidney stones. The pain sent me to the Emergency Room at Bluefield Regional Medical Center — that’s where I want to begin.
My experience at BRMC was extremely positive. In this day of negative feedback, I must brag about our local hospital. Every department treated me, my husband, and my family with the utmost professional care and concern. I cannot say enough about the doctors, nurses and personnel in all departments (especially the ER and fourth floor) — I thank you. Any time anyone in my family is ill, we will choose BRMC. I have been part of this community for many years and feel an allegiance to support my local hospital.
It was also wonderful to see my former students from both Montcalm High School and Princeton High School working at BRMC. Our young people, who educated themselves and remain in this area to give back and serve our community, deserve a compliment. Both the care I received and the follow up makes me realize BRMC is doing a super job in servicing our community.
