Ban the Bluefield Board of Directors

It seems that we do have dictators in this country. They come in the form of the Bluefield Board of Directors. This controversial decision not to allow public comment on issues before voting is the board saying to the public that we don’t care what you think — this is what we are going to do.

(Yes it is dictatorship plain and simple.) What needs to happen is to ban the board of directors from the city limits. They said that a 2-year-old boy was killed in Georgia by a pit bull. I’m sorry to hear that.

I feel for that family. How many people are killed by coal trucks a year in West Virginia? Let’s ban coal trucks. Get real people, it’s not the dog or the truck  — it’s the owner. More people are bitten by Chihuahuas a year than any other breed of dog.

Get rid of the board of directors and put a time limit on how long they can stay in office — after all they work for the citizens. The citizens don’t work for them. God bless America.
