Disaster aid votes incomprehensible

— I would like to share this information with your readers and ask them to really think about it. In the May 21 Huffington Post political section they reported that the two Republican senators from Oklahoma, Jim Inhofe and Tom Coburn, have “repeatedly voted against funding for disasters for other parts on the country (latest was Hurricane Sandy) ... opposed increase funding for FEMA.”

I find their action to be beyond comprehension that, in times of such disasters, our elected representatives can think like these two Republicans.
