Corporations collect Internet data

— — Here is what I do not understand about all the hype and spin concerning the U.S. government collecting telephone call numerical data.

Every single second that every single person is on the Internet, American and international corporations are collecting more personal and more private information than anyone could ever imagine.

They then turn around and sale or “rent” that same information to anyone who wants to buy it. And not one elected official raises an eyebrow.

Could it be that American and international corporations/businessmen do not approve of their every move and personal information being collected?

Hmmm.
