The death penalty is anti-Christian

— — I see our illustrious delegation in the West Virginia House of Delegates is trying to put West Virginia in competition with Texas to see which state can kill the most prison inmates.

Prosecutors in Texas have a few quack psychiatrists they call in that will diagnose prisoners as either sociopaths or psychopaths, personality disorders that by definition cannot be rehabilitated. Then Texas can kill the inmates.

Since 1976 “Texas has executed more inmates than any other state.” West Virginia does not need to develop a reputation as another killer state like Texas.

We all know that as a country we have a good judicial system, not perfect but good.

Why in West Virginia would we want to take the anti-Christian position of mandating the state to take human life. Do Republicans enjoy killing people?
