Seniors hurt by young ones’ laziness

— — I recently read in the paper about Mercer County lacking in good  health. Has anyone ever taken the time to find out why.

Well, here’s my opinion. How long has it been since the elderly and disabled had raise on their  income? Everything else has been raised but not their income.

Let’s see, a lot of our elderly only get $8 to $12 a month in food stamps because of our younger generation that is too sorry to work, and keep having babies in order to get a bigger welfare check and more food stamps to support their drug habits. Where do you think all of these young people are getting their drugs? Check and see if they are on food stamps or getting welfare?

I think you should look around and see what’s causing the problem. It sure wouldn’t take long to find the answer.

But why complain, it only falls on deaf ears.
