Please don’t drive while texting, talking on cell

Is using the phone while driving worth the risk? My friend’s son was killed when he was 9-years-old when a drunk driver hit the car he was in. I think drivers talking or texting on the phone are as dangerous as that.

No matter how you hold it, whether in your hand or with their chin, it is as distraction. With texting, you are just asking for an accident. You can’t see the road to notice cars passing, people crossing the street, or animals in the road. You may not see a red light or go through a stop sign. I think everyone who has a car phone should have the hands-free device. Keep everybody safe, and leave your hands off the phone.
