Bluefield Daily Telegraph
I am writing this letter to let Dr. Lennie Horwitz know how much he is appreciated upon his retirement. He has been my podiatrist for the past 10 years of the past 50 years he has served. My first time going to his office, I was in tears from so much pain in my feet due to diabetic neuropathy. His wife was in that day and saw me in tears, she reassured me they would take good care of me, she was so compassionate toward me.
He also has the best staff ever, they are all one big family. Dr. Horwitz has also taken care of my family. I will greatly miss his smiling face — he can tell the best jokes making your visit enjoyable even though you may have invasive procedures done to you.
What other doctor would give you his cell phone number, making sure he is available any time in which I had to see him on different occasions on weekends when the office was closed?
I have never met not only a doctor, but an individual like him — so caring, compassionate and his love for others.
I would also like to thank New Graham Pharmacy for always getting my medicine to me on time and for how friendly their staff is as well, especially Chris who helps with all my different questions about my medicine.
I want to wish Dr. Horwitz the best in life. I hope he and his wife enjoy his retirement, which he deserves. I will never find a doctor to fill his shoes, he has tried everything in his power to help me and I love him and his wife. Leaving off with six words: I’m sure going to miss you.
