Elizabeth Annie Minnix

ROCK — Elizabeth Annie Minnix, age 41, of Route 2 Box 69, Rock, W.Va., passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at her home.

Born on August 14, 1968 in Bluefield, she was a daughter of Paula Minnix of Montcalm and stepfather, J.R. Myers of Montcalm. She had been a lifelong resident of Montcalm.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ginevea Christians.

Survivors include her mother, Paula Minnix of Montcalm; stepfather, J. R. Myers of Montcalm; two sisters, Teresa Alpy and husband Tom of Winchester, Va., Nicole Minnix of the home; two brothers, Ronnie (Numbs) Minnix and wife Catrina (Sissy) Tiller of Glenwood, Eric T. Myers of the home; nieces, Leandra Morgan, Amber Hines, Monica Minnix, MaKayla Minnix and Taylor Alpy; nephews, Trey Morgan, Jeremiah Morgan, Eric N. Myers, Michael Minnix, and Isaiah Tiller; many loving aunts, uncles and cousins; special friends, Kristie Morgan Tiller, Billy Tiller, Jr., Scotty Tiller, Angela (Buttons) Davis, Terry (Fluke) Davis, Gary Murray, Angel Murray, Jay Thompson, Ray Hall, Delbert Gills, George Murray, Lil Gary Murray, Amber Duncan, Viney Stable, Courtney Sigmon, Brian (Red) Oiler and Tabitha Combs.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, November 6, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Kristie Morgan Tiller officiating.

Friends may call one hour prior to services.
