Cloe Jennings

TAZEWELL, Va. — Cloe Jennings, 86, of Tazewell, Va., went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 25, 2008 from Select Specialty Hospital in Bristol, Tenn. She was born December 29, 1921 to the late Marcellous and Tinia Hensley Edwards.

Survivors include her daughters, Betty Proffitt and her husband Arthur of Tazewell, Va., Patricia Branham and her husband Erwin of Waynesville, N.C., and Lyvone Miller of Maggie Valley, N.C.; sister, Georgia Waters; brother, Ray Edwards and his wife Valerie; grandchildren, Rhonda Brown and her husband Mike of Pounding Mill, Va., Darlene Terill and her husband Kenny of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., Marcella Morrell and her husband Aaron, Sarah Miller of Asheville, N.C., John Miller and his wife Gabby of North Carolina, and Michael Miller of North Carolina; great-grandchildren, Nathaniel Welch, Megan Welch, Christina Welch, and Justin Welch, Devon Morrell, and McKayla Morrell; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 o’clock Sunday afternoon, July 6, 2008, in Grandview Memorial Gardens on the Bluefield-Tazewell Road in Bluefield, Va.
