Vandals damage ice sculptures

— GOSHEN, Ind. —

They might be called the cold-hearted vandals and a reward has been offered for their capture.

Event organizers are looking into the destruction of several ice sculptures during last weekend’s Fire & Ice Festival in this northern Indiana community.

The sculptures were created Friday. However only broken pieces of ice remained of some of the sculptures, including the one judged best of show, by the end of the weekend.

According to event organizer Gina Liechty, a $500 reward is being offered for information about the vandals.
