The Greenbrier has a new executive chef.
The White Sulphur Springs resort says Bryan Skelding will oversee The Greenbrier’s 14 dining venues.
Skelding replaces Richard Rosendale, who left after five years to pursue other interests.
Skelding has served in various capacities at the resort, most recently overseeing food and banquet operations as executive sous chef. He earned his culinary arts degree in 1999 from Madison Area Technical College in Madison, Wis. His first job at the Greenbrier was in 2002 as lead chef in the Tavern Room.
