School's webpage hacked, revenge threatened

BROWNSBURG, Ind. — A group calling itself All Muslims of the World hacked into a school home page leaving threatening language on the site.

The group posted Arabic writings that read, “I sacrificed my mother, father, and myself for Allah. This breakthrough in response to the film and graphics depicting the master of the world may Allah bless him and grant him peace.”

Another message on the school website in red letters read, “Coming, soon you will hear voices of our swords.”

On Tuesday, protesters launched an attack on the American Consulate in Libya that resulted in the death of four Americans.

Authorities discounted the idea that students in Brownsburg were in any imminent danger.

It was not readily distinguishable as to who actually hacked the system.

The message was online for about 30 minutes before school officials were notified and shut it down.

A spokesperson for the Brownsburg Community School Corporation said district personnel and police are investigating the breach of the site, which will shut down for an indefinite period.
