The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office announced this morning that deputies have served a warrant roundup for drug violations resulting in the arrests of four additional suspects.
The suspects include: Jacob Moore, 32, of War, arrested on one count of delivery of a Schedule I controlled substance. Moore was arraigned by Magistrate Richard VanDyke who set bond at $25,000.
Deputies also arrested Robert Lee Payne, 26, of Bartley, on three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Payne appeared before Magistrate Danny Mitchell who set his bond at $75,000.
Deputies also arrested James Edward Addair, 48, of Welch on three counts of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and was also arraigned before Mitchell who set bond at $45,000
Deputies also arrested Karen Susan Addair, 45 of Welch on three counts of delivery of a controlled substance. She appeared before Mitchell who set bond at $45,000.
Sgt. James E. Muncy said additional arrests are forthcoming.
