Office Space Available to Benefit Foundation

Community Foundations of the Virginias, Inc., is the owner of a three-story building at 128 North Street in Bluefield, with office space available for rent. The building was acquired as a result of a generous donation. These exceptionally nice office spaces are available for rent at less than market rates with many options. For example, the Foundation would rent an entire floor of approximately 1,000 square feet or individual offices. The third floor has street level access from the backside of the building with a large parking lot, or there is an entrance and steps from North Street. This floor has three restrooms, and can be rented with or without office furniture. The second floor is also available with some space available for storage. Rent collected by the Foundation will be used to support the Foundation’s charitable giving through grants back into the Mercer and Tazewell County Communities. Renters of these offices will therefore indirectly be supporting a local charity as well as enjoying very nice office space. For information, contact the Community Foundations of the Virginias, Inc., at (304) 324-0222 or e-mail at admin@cfvinc.org
