Cayla Rhodes scored a late basket to give Alderson-Broaddus a lead it would keep.
Concord (6-15 overall, 5-10 WVIAC) trailed by three points with eight seconds left to play when a three-point attempt by Rachel Artrip nearly tied the game before rattling off the rim.
However Jacqueline Kestner kept hope alive for Concord by pulling in the missed shot and drawing a foul.
Kestner proceeded to knock down two free throws to pull Concord to within one point at 59-58 with five seconds remaining in the regulation.
CU immediately fouled to send A-B to the foul line where Leah Hurst made one of two free throws, giving Concord the ball with three seconds remaining and down by two.
A desperation shot by Artrip missed, allowing A-B to escape with a narrow road win.
