Concord finished off a four-game sweep of Bluefield State over a three-day period with a 13-4 win over the Big Blues on Saturday afternoon at June O. Shott Field.
The Mountain Lions (32-18, 26-9) finished off the regular season by outscoring the Blues 65-22 in the four games.
Concord collected 18 hits, building a 13-1 lead through five innings.
Andrew Siegel, Ryan Johnston and Bert Blevins had three hits each, while Johnston drove in three runs and joined Jacob Mays with three runs apiece.
Devin Smith worked the entire nine innings for Concord, allowing 11 hits and three earned runs, striking out six and walking one.
Bluefield State (7-33, 6-24) was paced by Willie Yates, Tyler Frazier and Clay Ayers with two hits apiece. Yates, who had two doubles, also scored twice.
Princeton product Alex Quick took the loss on the mound.
Concord will open West Virginia Conference play on Wednesday at Linda K. Epling Stadium in Beckley.
Bluefield State’s season is now over.
