Morgan a finalist at Virginia Union

BLUEFIELD —  Bluefield College men’s basketball coach Richard Morgan is one of five finalists for the same position at Virginia Union University, located in Richmond, according to the school’s website. Morgan just completed his fifth season with the Rams, having compiled a record of 73-80, winning the AAC regular season co-championships in 2010. Among the other finalists is former University of Missouri All-American Anthony Peeler. Morgan had a standout career at the University of Virginia, earning first-team All-ACC honors while leading the Cavaliers to the NCAA Elite Eight in 1989.
