WVU-Va. Tech hoops game to air on ESPN

BLACKSBURG, Va. — The West Virginia-Virginia Tech men’s basketball game on Tuesday, Nov. 12 will tip at 1 p.m., and will be a part of ESPN’s 24-hour Hoops Tip-Off Marathon.

The Hokies, led by coach James Johnson, will host the Mountaineers, under coach Bob Huggins, at Cassell Coliseum in Blacksburg, Va., and it will be televised nationally on ESPN.

Last year, the two teams met for the first time since 2004 and West Virginia won 68-67 in Morgantown. WVU and Virginia Tech have met 76 times with the Mountaineers holding a 47-29 series lead.
