Focus turns to National Signing Day

BLUEFIELD — The first Wednesday of February is always one of the biggest days of the year for the five college football coaches shown here. High school football players from across the nation will sign on the dotted line with the college of their choice on National Signing Day on Feb. 5. The Daily Telegraph will be combining with other publications in the CNHI     system to bring you extensive coverage of the day’s events through the use of Twitter, online postings, and a special  section later that week which will feature bios, analysis, recruiting rankings, national coverage and much more, with a special emphasis on West Virginia, Virginia Tech, Marshall, Virginia, Concord, and any local signings that occur on that day.

•Schools are urged to contact the Daily Telegraph as soon as possible if there are local football players who will be signing letters of intent on Feb. 5. Call 304-327-2813, email sports@bdtonline.com or tweet @bdtwoodson
