Bluefield State saw its losing skid extended to 12 with a doubleheader loss at Ohio Valley on Tuesday, falling 6-2 and 11-7.
The Big Blues (8-20), which started the season at 8-8, have allowed at least 10 runs in seven of those 12 games.
Bluefield State will visit Bluefield College today at Bowen Field. First pitch is slated for 2 p.m.

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State scored five runs on five hits in the bottom of the third inning to pull away from the Mountaineers.
West Virginia (16-12), which has lost four in a row, had 10 hits, led by Ray Guerrini, with a two-run single and a pair of RBIs for Ryan McBroom. Bobby Boyd, Billy Fleming and Taylor Munden had two hits each.
Zach Bargeron (1-1) took the loss in relief of junior right-hander Trevor Simms, who started his first career game.
West Virginia will host Oklahoma State in a three-game series this weekend.
