CU's Gleason is softball player of the week

PRINCETON — Concord University senior Becca Gleason is the new WVIAC softball player of the week, for the third time this year. She had a 1.125 slugging percentage last week, going 6 for 8 with four runs scored, three RBI, a double and a triple in a sweep of Bluefield State. This season she leads the league with 57 hits, including 12 extra-base hits, and a .407 average.
