'Bored' woman, 24, accused of setting man afire


— MEADVILLE, Pa. — Police in this northwest Pennsylvania community said a woman poured rubbing alcohol on a man's back, then set it on fire, causing serious burns, because she was bored and playing a game called, "How Much Pain Can You Take?"

Labresha R. Brown, 24, of West Mead Township, was arraigned Thursday on arson, assault and recklessly endangering another person charges. Bail was set at $50,000. The judge told Brown she was "spiraling out of control."

Police said the victim, Anthony Olon, suffered second and third-degree back burns. He filed the criminal complaint against Brown.

The complaint stated the incident happened the night of May 2 . Olon said he got face-down on Brown's living room floor for a back rub, and panicked when he realized she had ignited the rubbing alcohol. He said he extinguished the flames but not until his skin had been painfully burned.

Brown and her boyfriend drove the victim to a hospital emergency room for treatment, according tothe complaint. Olon was a temporary guest at Brown's home.

Sgt. Michael Broderick said he interviewed Brown and that she admitted setting Olon on fire, but said they were "playing a game" of  "How Much Pain Can You Take?" because she was "bored."
