Woman arrested after entering house through doggy door

A couple had reason to be suspicious when they heard a noise and realized something had made its way inside their home through a doggy door, especially when they didn’t own a pet.

But the real shock came when they spotted a young woman in their bathroom. That’s when they called police.

The responding officer spotted  a woman, identified by police as Sara Elizabeth Soto, 25, sitting in the bathtub naked.

Soto, listed on her arrest record as 4 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 110 pounds, said she had done nothing wrong Tuesday and was there to use the phone, according to the arresting officer.

Officers located her black dress on the back porch and allowed her to put it on.

After being read her Miranda warnings, Soto declined to answer questions, according to the police report.

Soto was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
