Police say couple set up meth lab in motel room

CLARKSVILLE, Ind. - Police in this southern Indiana town reported discovery of a methamphetamine drug lab in a local motel room.

The occupants -- Amanda Marie Burden, 31, and Travis C. Kelley, 45 -- were arrested and charged with producing and possessing illegal drugs.

An alert police officer discovered the meth lab after observing the couple arguing at a convenience store and shadowing them back to room 241 at America's Best Inn.

Indiana State Police were called to the scene to remove the meth manufacturing materials and paraphernalia.
