NARROWS, Va. — The following is a report of the auction held March 21 at Narrows Livestock Auction Market Inc.

Stock feeder cattle: 619 head sold.

Steers, 200-400 lbs. $40-118, 405-600 lbs. $50-114, 605-800 lbs. $50-90.

Heifers, 200-400 lbs. $53-95, 405-600 lbs. $40-86, 605-800 lbs. $50-82.50.

Slaughter cattle: 70 head sold.

Cows, utility & commercial $42-461, canner & cutter $35-40.

Bulls, 1,500 lbs. & up $59-57.50.

Sheep: 43 head sold.

Lambs, 60-85 lbs. $127.

Slaughter ewes $50-125.

Baby calves, returned to farm, 32 head sold, $20-155.

Cows with calves: 20 pairs sold. $400-880.

Bred cows & heifers: 46 head sold, $220-750.
