Deputies with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department have discovered a large-indoor marijuana grow, according to Sheriff D.B. Meadows.
Meadows said Friday while Deputy Furches and Deputy Rose were executing a court order of eviction in the Clover Dew Dairy Road area of Princeton they discovered a large indoor marijuana grow consisting of approximately 90 marijuana plants with a street value of $255,000.
Upon making the discovery, Meadows said the Southern Regional Drug and Violent Crime Task Force was notified and assisted in the investigation.
In addition to the marijuana several firearms were seized.
Meadows said charges are pending and the case is still under investigation by the Southern Regional Drug and Violent Crime Task Force.
