Stevie William Lukach, Sr.

CRUMPLER — Stevie William Lukach, Sr., age 36, of Crumpler, W.Va., died Friday, Jan. 1, 2010 at his residence after a long illness. Born May 4, 1972 in Welch, W.Va., he was the son of Jackie Ray Lukach and Brenda Ann Mullins Lukach of Crumpler, W.Va. He was a former employee of the Davidson Grocery Store, Northfork, W.Va. and also the Electrolux Company. He was affiliated with the First Church of God in Crumpler, W.Va. and was a resident of Crumpler most of his life. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William Mullins and Beatrice Mullins; his paternal grandparents, John Lukach and Rosa Lukach; and several aunts and uncles.

Survivors include his parents, Jackie Ray and Brenda Mullins Lukach of Crumpler, W.Va.; two sons, Stevie William Lukach, Jr. of Keystone, W.Va., Dakota Ray Lukach of Keystone, W.Va.; one sister, Norma Cox and husband Ricky of Crumpler, W.Va.; nieces, nephews, and aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2010 at 12:00 noon at the Widener Funeral Home Chapel, Northfork, W.Va. with Elder Dennie Lee Mullins and Elder Lonnie Mullins officiating. Burial will follow at the Woodlawn Memorial Park, Bluewell, W.Va. Friends may call Wednesday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of services. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
